Sugar Free Ice cream

A creamy and delicious ice cream made with no added sugar—perfect for guilt-free indulgence and naturally sweetened with ripe bananas.

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (frozen and sliced)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or a handful of berries for flavor variation

Start by peeling and slicing ripe bananas, then freeze them for at least 2 hours. Once frozen, blend the banana slices in a food processor or high-speed blender until they begin to break down. Add Greek yogurt and vanilla extract, then continue blending until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. For added flavor, you can blend in a pinch of cinnamon or a handful of berries.
